If you have created a desktop application from a Java Web Start application, it will be located in the Documents folder in your home folder.

If you need to make room on your hard disk, you can throw away Java Web Start applications in the Documents folder, as well as the cache files for downloaded applications. The path to the cache folder from your home folder is:

Library/Caches/Java Web Start/cache
